This workshop is critierical for veterinary nurses, shelter staff and building blocks for classes in training, clinic behaviour, and behaviour assessments.

Basics of stress in clinics
The workshop will focus on stress, and dive into the basic understanding of what it is, basic physiology (neurology, autonomic response, endocrinology, and behaviour). Furthermore, it will create a better understanding of how stress is a balancing act of positive and negative situations. It will further be looking at positive and negative stressors in how the clinic can affect the dog's behaviour and how these systems can manifest negative behaviour over numerous veterinary trips.
